Cancellation Policy

Teddy’s Esthetics is by appointment only. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Same day appointments are available at no extra cost. Cashapp is no longer an accepted form of payment. A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required when booking an appointment. Deposits are applied towards your total and can be paid via Apple Pay (321-525-1414) or zelle (teddysesthetics@gmail.com). You can also request via email or text to have an invoice sent to you to pay via card. The remainder of your balance can be paid via cash, credit card, zelle, or apple pay (text or tap). If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 4 hours in advance or there will be a $10 inconvenience fee added to your total. Failure to cancel or reschedule with a 4 hour notice will void your initial deposit and require another deposit to rebook. When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in advance, deposits are still valid and can be used for one (1) reschedule. There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes a $5 late fee will be applied to your total. Late arrivals after 15 mins will be canceled and your deposit will no longer be valid. A new deposit will be required for rebooking.
